• The organisers cannot crop, straighten or edit any images sent by artists.

  • Only good quality photos will be accepted to the on line gallery.(the organisers decision is final and there will be no refund)

  • The organisers will make the introduction of a buyer to the artist through an enquiry form on the website. First come first served basis.

  • The artist will deal directly with the buyer, arrange delivery and insurance if applicable

  • The organisers are not liable for any disputes between the artist and buyer that may result from damage in postage or the painting not being as expected etc. It is the responsibility of the artist and the buyer to take out insurance if deemed appropriate. 

  • If you, the artist, are approached directly as a result of taking part in this event please make the commission donation to the hospice as this is what the whole event is for. If you sell the work please inform me so I can adjust the website.

  • Sold images will remain on the website gallery until the gallery closes.

  • The prizes will be distributed within one month of announcing the winners. 

  • The dates given for the gallery opening and closing will be adhered to as long as there are no unforeseen circumstances in these difficult times.
